Matt Longsdorf

Matt is originally from Nova, Ohio, where he grew up on the family farm. He graduated from Mapleton High School in Ashland, Ohio in 1994. He then attended Ohio Northern University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Matt moved to Cardington in 1999 and started working at Cardington Yutaka Technologies (CYT) in November of 2000, where he is still employed.
He is currently the Senior Manager of Sales, Purchasing, and Engineering for their North American Regional Operations, where he is responsible for plants in Ohio, Alabama and Mexico. He frequently travels to those locations as well as to their other facilities in Japan, China and the Philippines, and he even spent a year living and working in Japan at their global headquarters.
Matt has been involved in the community by coaching youth soccer, middle school basketball, and county softball teams. He has frequently come to the school to speak about his job and experiences during the career classes in the junior high. He also has volunteered to represent CYT in many community activities, such as being a buyer at the Morrow County Fair livestock auction, Morrow County high school scholarship presentations, and community outreach.
Matt lives just outside of Cardington with his wife Kristan. They are a blended family with 5 children, two who have graduated from Cardington-Lincoln and three who are still in school.
Lindsey Radcliff

Lindsey is a lifelong resident of the Cardington-Lincoln community and a proud graduate of this district. Cardington has played a meaningful role in shaping who she is today, and she's grateful for what our schools and community have given to her and her family.
Lindsey currently works as a nurse manager and have been married to her husband for 14 years. Together, they are raising their daughter, who is now part of the Cardington-Lincoln school community. As a parent, Lindsey value's the strong sense of belonging our district provides and the way students are supported as individuals.
Lindsey is also actively involved in the community, where she has seen firsthand the dedication, pride, and support that make this district special. She believes every student deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and find their place - whether in academics, athletics, the arts, or beyond.
Lindsey is committed to serving the Cardington-Lincoln School District with integrity, thoughtful decision-making, and a focus on what’s best for students, families, and staff.
Chad Holt

Chad graduated from Cardington-Lincoln High School in 1995 and soon after began working full-time in Engineering at Peco II as a drafter. While working, Chad took college classes in the evening, and in 2000 he graduated from Marion Technical College with a degree of Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology. In 2004, Chad accepted a new job with Vertiv, a global leader in designing, manufacturing, and servicing mission critical infrastructure technologies for IT, in Delaware, Ohio as a Design Engineer. He has had the titles of Senior Design Engineer, Project Engineer, Engineering Supervisor, and in 2018, he was promoted to Manager Product Development.
Chad served on the Cardington-Lincoln Strategic Planning committee where he was part of the Student Achievement and Communication groups. Chad has facilitated student shadowing days in the Engineering field and has been a featured speaker at Tri-Rivers Career Center for students enrolled in Engineering trades. Chad also has spoken with the 7th grade students at Cardington-Lincoln Middle School about the Engineering field. He enjoys attending extracurricular activities, seeing students get excited about their future, and the choices they make as they advance through their time at Cardington-Lincoln Schools.
Chad built his home south of Cardington with his wife Amanda, a teacher in a nearby district, and has two daughters, both graduated from Cardington-Lincoln and now attending college.
Sarah Struck

Sarah was born and raised in Findlay, Ohio. After graduating from Findlay High School, she attended The Ohio State University in Columbus, graduating with a BSBA in Accounting. She worked in the Finance Department for Victoria's Secret Catalog, for the BISYS Group, and then Cardinal Health. She now works as a full-time tax consultant at Maceyko Tax in Cardington. She and her husband Mike have been residents of Morrow County since 2000 and have three children, all of whom are graduates of Cardington-Lincoln High School. Sarah has served a key role in the Cardington-Lincoln Athletic Boosters as their Treasurer, and currently serves as the Booster Liaison on behalf of the Board.
Matt Clinger

Matt graduated from Cardington-Lincoln High School in 1993. His parents and grandparents are also alumni of Cardington-Lincoln. During high school, Matt worked at "Kinsell’s," the local grocery store at the time, and as a tree trimmer.
After graduating, Matt attended Ohio State University Marion and Marion Technical College, where he focused on agricultural business and mechanical engineering. Concurrently, he worked as a landscaper and then as a machinist in a factory. He later transitioned to working as a farm laborer and founded a successful seed business, which he operated for 20 years. Currently, Matt is a self-employed grain farmer.
Matt's achievements include earning the FFA American Degree and serving on the Cardington-Lincoln Strategic Planning Committee. He is currently the President of the School Board.
Matt is married to Molly, an English teacher at Cardington-Lincoln High School. They have two children, both of whom are graduates of Cardington-Lincoln High School.
